Florida, which opened the baseball season on a seven-game win streak, tied for its longest season-opening win streak in 11 seasons under coach Kevin O’Sullivan, remains on the road today with a 6 p.m. game at North Florida in Jacksonville.

The Gators (7-1) stayed No. 1 in the D1 College Baseball Top 25.

UF will return home for a 6 p.m. game Wednesday at McKethan Stadium against North Florida (3-4). Then it plays visiting Stony Brook at 6:30 p.m. Friday, 4 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
