Banks, who committed to transfer to Arkansas on Nov. 8, took an official visit to UF last weekend after wavering on his pledge following the Razorbacks coaching change. Banks is ranked the No. 28 overall JUCO prospect in the 2018 class by 247Sports.
I hope he’s got a mean streak on the field. We need some of that.
Sure nuff looks like he could have, Gator. You’re right, we need some aggression up there and we need it right now. I’m sure whoever winds up behind center this year will appreciate it for a change.
6′ 7″ – must be at least 300 pounds, and not fat – this guy should be able to contribute to our OL right away!
Very nice pick up for the OL. Big Dogs like this are just what the doctor ordered. Looking forward to some serious pancake blocks.
Nice work coach! Alright Gator-6, look for us to get Emory Jones around noon today. You said something about being and “egg mule” or something??? Not sure what that is , but doesn’t sound good.
Well Gallo, it was “suck egg mule”, or “egg suckin’ mule”, which ever you prefer. It’s an old Army term that loosely translates to, “Brother, did I just step on my poncho liner, or what?”. Or it could refer at times to, “Man, some village is seriously missing its idiot right now, and I think it’s me”. In other instances, the term might be used officially to mean, “This officer has a full six pack, but lacks the plastic thingy to hold it all together”. Whatever. But at the moment, given the signing of Jones as a Gator, my little wiener is flat as a pancake and I’m trying to suck it up c as much dignity as I can muster. Thanks for reminding me, buddy.
