Tennessee football game vs Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss is first Neyland Stadium sellout in 4 years
A full Neyland Stadium could await Lane Kiffin Saturday night.
On Tuesday, Tennessee announced its game against No. 14 Ole Miss is sold out for the Checker Neyland night. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
It's the Vols' first sellout since the Georgia game on Sept. 30, 2017, which was the last Checker Neyland. UT lost that game, 41-0, for its first shutout since 1994.
Now will UT fans fill each of the 102,455 seats in Neyland Stadium? That depends on tickets sales via the secondary market.
In a news release, UT athletics said Vivid Seats is the only secondary site with a 100% buyer guarantee on the validity of tickets for home games.
UT has averaged 84,002 in attendance in four home games, including a season-high 89,437 in a 45-20 win over South Carolina last week.
