DeVonta Smith, Mac Jones headline Alabama football players attending NFL Draft

The NFL announced Wednesday the players invited to attend this month's draft. Among the 10 players invited to the draft, four were from Alabama.

Here's who's attending from the Crimson Tide:

DeVonta Smith

The Heisman winner racked up awards and records in 2020, and is widely projected to be one of the top players selected in this season's draft.

Mac Jones

The Alabama quarterback's draft stock has risen recently, and he has been linked to the San Francisco 49ers, who hold the third overall pick in the draft.

Patrick Surtain II

Surtain won the SEC Defensive Player of the Year in 2020, and was named Defensive MVP of the Rose Bowl to close his college career.

Christian Barmore

Barmore is projected to be the first defensive tackle selected in the draft, following a season in which he won Defensive MVP of the National Championship.
