Bill Belichick shows up to watch Florida Gators vs. Vanderbilt baseball game


New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was in attendance for the Vanderbilt vs. Florida Gators baseball game in Nashville on Friday, April 15.
Belichick wore a black baseball cap with the Vanderbilt baseball logo on the right side and a white Nike swoosh on the front. He was also wearing a black vest that said "Bill Belichick Foundation" on the left breast.
The Vanderbilt baseball Twitter account shared a photo of Belichick talking to Vanderbilt baseball head coach Tim Corbin prior to Friday's game.
Belichick has been the New England Patriots head coach since 2000, and he won six Super Bowls. Former Belichick player Mike Vrabel is the Tennessee Titans head coach.
Vanderbilt won Friday's game 5-4 in walk-off fashion. Game 2 of the three-game Southeastern Conference series starts at 7 p.m. Saturday on the SEC Network.

Vanderbilt enters the matchup 23-9 overall and 5-7 in the SEC. Florida comes into the series 21-12 overall and 5-7 in the SEC.
