Billy Donovan’s mindset: A year ago, Florida came to this tournament as the three-time defending champion. The Gators were embarrassed by Alabama in the first round. “Last year, it was somewhat of an eye-opening experience,” he said. “But it’s not like I, as a coach, have dwelled on last year.” Nor has he dwelled on Florida’s NCAA hopes. “All that stuff really doesn’t mean anything,” he said. “Sunday is going to get here soon enough.
