In next Monday’s Gainesville Sun, I’m going to unveil my all-time gator passing team. Not for football, but for basketball. The twist is that it will be done by position.

I’ve asked for input from several people who have been around Gator basketball for a long time and actually had a long discussion with Billy Donovan about which of his players would be the best choices. I’ve pretty much confirmed my starters and back-ups but would like to hear from you.
I am limiting my teams to players I have actually seen, but before you start ripping me as a newbie who thinks hoops started here with Donovan, I saw many a game in Alligator Alley and remember storming the court after Gene Shy’s tip-in beat Alabama.
