UF reserve tight end to transfer

Florida reserve tight end Camrin Knight will transfer from the football program, The Sun confirmed.
After appearing in eight games as a freshman in 2015, Knight did not record any statistics in the four games he appeared in 2016. Due to depth issues, the Gators moved Knight from tight end to linebacker in the spring. The Gators announced Knight would need knee surgery following the Orange and Blue Debut game.
247Sports’ Thomas Goldkamp reported Knight will transfer to Georgia State, where he will have to sit out a year per NCAA rules.
