After hosting a full slate of prospects on campus for the Orange and Blue Debut game last weekend, the Gators coaching staff will host just two recruits on campus today that have yet to receive scholarship offers from Florida.
6-foot-3, 275-pound defensive tackle Darnell Jefferies out of Newton High (Covington, Ga.) will arrive in Gainesville on Saturday to meet with UF’s coaching staff and visit the facilities. Jefferies has received significant interest from Clemson and Alabama in the recent weeks.

Florida is also expecting to host fellow Covington, Georgia, resident Lamarius Benson.
A 6-foot3, 305-pound offensive lineman out of Eastside High, Benson committed to coach Will Muschamp and South Carolina on March 12 after picking up an offer at USC’s Junior Day on Feb. 25.
