Miami Southridge safety Shawn Davis and tight end Kemore Gamble signed financial aid papers to join the Gators in January.

247Sports ranks Davis as the No. 50 defensive back in the 2017 class. Gamble, a four-star recruit, is ranked the No. 9 tight end in the 2017 class by Rivals.

After winning Miami Southridge’s first Class 8A state championship since 1993, the pair headed north to Gainesville on Dec. 10 for official visits.
