Along with the Gators, the talented defensive end’s top seven schools includes (in no order) South Carolina, Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State and Florida State.
Thomas said Sunday night he’s unsure of when exactly he’ll make his commitment, but the Gators may have recently gained an advantage when it comes to receiving his signature.
Thomas shocked the high school football world Nov. 29 when he announced his intention to transfer to IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fl.) for his senior season.
