Following an impressive performance at Florida’s Friday Night Lights camp, running back Adarius Lemons decommitted from the University of North Carolina and verbally committed to the Gators on Sunday. Coach McElwain confirmed Lemons’ decision on Twitter.

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound Clearwater standout gave the Tar Heels his verbal commitment March 24 but has long been a fan of the Gators.
The four-star prospect left Gainesville on Friday with UF and UNC as his top choices, and it didn’t take long for Lemons to join Florida’s 2017 class.
Asked which factors played into his recruitment, Lemons highlighted the roughly 150-mile distance to Gainesville from his hometown. And it helped his family approved of the university, too.
“It being so close, my family can come see me play,” Lemons said at FNL. “They can come so they love it, and my grandma came and saw and loved it, she said she wanted me to go here.”
Yes I flipped please don’t hate me but at end of day the grind don’t stop I appreciate all the schools recruiting me but I’m 727 made mann!!

With Florida’s final Summer camp in the books, Lemons’ flip gives the Gators 12 verbal commitments in the 2017 class.
