There’s a new quarterback on Florida’s recruiting board.
The Gators offered Houston (Texas) Westfield quarterback Dillon Sterling-Cole on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pounder is currently a three-star prospect, but that will likely change soon.
He won QB MVP at the Rivals Speed & Skill Challenge in Houston last month and was the second signal caller invited to the Elite 11 after competing in The Opening Dallas Regional.
Sterling-Cole has earned nine offers in the last two months, including Mississippi State and Texas A&M. He was evaluated by UF offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier on April 23.
