Deondre Farrier continues to make a name for himself in 2014.
Back in January the Orlando Lake Nona receiver ran the 40-yard dash in 4.47 seconds at the Under Armour combine, and last month he committed to Florida.
On Wednesday Farrier was offered by Southern Cal, and he capped off his week Saturday by winning WR MVP at the Nike Football Training Camp in Orlando. The event had more than 250 participants.
Afterward, Farrier was one of 12 recruits invited to The Opening, a football combine for elite high school players that takes place in Oregon every summer.

The uncommitted UF targets who received invites were quarterback Deondre Francois (Orlando Olympia), running backs Ray-Ray McCloud III (Tampa Sickles), Jacques Patrick (Orlando Timber Creek) and Dexter Williams (Winter Garden West Orange), receiver George Campbell (Tarpon Springs East Lake), offensive tackle Martez Ivey (Apopka) and defensive end Byron Cowart (Seffner Armwood).
Cowart and Francois won MVP at their positions.
Florida commit Tristan Payton also competed in the Orlando NFTC. The Jacksonville First Coast receiver reportedly turned in a great performance, but he was disappointed about not getting invited to The Opening.

Where’s those negative nellies that were upset we got such a low rated commit now?
exactly, UAT! let the coaches coach, evaluate, and recruit! Our only job as a fan is to get our @ss in the Swamp and cheer them on.
