Gorman set to announce

Miramar Monsignor Pace S Jabari Gorman has made his decision. While he’s keeping it quiet with the media, Gorman says he’ll make his final decision live at the Under Armour All-America Game Wednesday.

He’s down to Florida, Ohio State and Miami, though the thinking is that UF and OSU are the schools he’ll pick between.

Gorman officially visited Florida last month and talked to Muschamp the night he was hired. He came away from that visit very high on the Gators. Gorman visited OSU last September.

Safety is a position of need for Florida, and Gorman has been one of the standouts at the position thus far.

  1. Just to avoid the confusion, Monsignor Pace is not in Miramar, it’s a private school in Opa Locka/Hialeah, Florida.

Also, Jabari Gorman is not “Miramar DB Jabari Gorman” (makes it sound likes he’s from Miramar High), he just happens to live in Miramar.

Small details but I know this would get under the skin of a lot of Miramar High alumni (who have dominated Monsignor Pace in this last decade). Thanks

  2. webbgator4, THATS WHAT IM SCREAMING! these guys will fit the new D-plan for muschamp. he likes big corners and big safteys…. so both of these guys will probley play CB in this defence, and add instant depth at positions of EXTREAM NEED, CB and Safty. wiesome was just to small for the scheme. and if u watched the last two games that moses jenkins played in, THEY KILLED HIM! they were trowing at him while the othere 2 CBs on the field were freshmen.
