Gainesville Nike Camp


While spring practice is over for the big guys, a handful of youngsters will put their skills on display in Gainesville on Sunday. The Nike Camp will take place on UF’s practice fields and it will feature some of the top rising talent from the state of Florida (and a couple of prospects from Georgia).

  1. I see a few names on there who would look good in Orange & Blue. After watching the Bama spring game yesterday, it is clear that there can be no let-up in recruiting. We MUST stem the Tide and their quest for world domination!!

    Ed, good to see you back on the job. I was beginning to worry about you. I need my “Ashcroft fix” weekly, and I didn’t get it for a couple weeks in a row. Throw me some sort of bone as much as possible. Thanks bud.

  3. Driskel commitment is big! That’s the one I wanted because he’s got the size the speed and the arm. I’m not gonna say it, not gonna compare him to you-know-who. Oops, I think I just did. But like Johnny, I’m sure he’s gonna be his own man. And that’s just the way we want it. Welcome big guy! I guess you can tell I’m a little excited about this. We’re gonna be in real good hands for the next few years!
