Florida’s 2021 class picked up its second commitment of the day when the nation’s top long-snapper committed to the program.
Jonathan Rocco Underwood, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound long-snapper and tight end from Lake Mary, committed to the Gators via his Twitter account.

Dan Mullen retweeted Underwood’s message soon after. The three-star prospect is also cousins with former Gators punters Johnny and Tommy Townsend.

Ranked the No. 77 tight end prospect in 247Sports’ composite ranking despite intending to play special teams collegiately, Underwood also holds offers from Alabama and Arkansas.
With Underwood’s pledge, the Gators hold commitments from 23 prospects in the 2021 class.
This guy has my kind of Gator written all over him. gotta love him coming on board.
