Florida’s Junior Day resulted in a second commitment from Deland native Dionte Marks.
Marks, ranked the No. 84 wide receiver prospect in the 2019 class by 247Sports, verbally committed to coach Dan Mullen and Florida while camping at UF.

Having already held offers from UCF, Florida Atlantic and West Virginia, Marks picked up an offer earlier in the week from Mullen and assistant coach Billy Gonzales.
With Marks’ commitment, the Gators have five verbal commitments in the 2019 class.
Welcome to the O&B Dionte! Dionte is fassst. Great to see the Gators recruiting my County of Volusia again for this young man out of Deland. Go Gators!
Nice to see the gators beat out Florida Atlantic for a recruit. Gotta start somewhere, I guess.
I like how Wally ignores that we beat out the defending national champs at UCF for him. Speed will be a priority again and he checks that box.
Watch the film. The kid can fly
Hopefully he can play because he certainly canât use correct grammar. A real âstudent athleteâ. Lol
No worries LT, Dionte won’t have any problem spelling touchdown when we visit your your school. I am assuming your school actually has a Division 1 football program. LOL
Go Gators!! Welcome Dionte!
