That was a great press conference. What a change to have an articulate guy behind the mike. None of the folksy smolksy nonsense we’ve had to listen to listen to for the last couple of years. I’m very excited and all in on Coach Mullen. Go Gators!
I like How Scott Stricklin keeps addressing strength and conditioning. And Mullen’s comment about them being ready for January when it starts.
Good times are here. I hope the players watched this. Things are going to change.
I haven’t stopped doing my happy dance on this hiring…finally we will be able to build this program back to where it should be. We finally have a working coach back.
Energy and enthusiasm. Those two qualities are what stood out above all others when Coach Mullen spoke Monday. I don’t hold anything against Jim McElwain, it just didn’t work out at Florida. But it was nice to watch a news conference with a head coach whose demeanor was what I expect from a head coach.
I believe Coach Mullen will be far more successful with the players and Florida will be turned in the right direction sooner than later.
