In the past the UF-FSU game was to decide the best in the state if not the better team toward the National Championship. This year it will be the worst in the state. I’ll find something more interesting to watch.
They need to start it at 6 AM so it will be over before people wake up. Too many people watching would be a major disservice to the game of football.
Somehow, please Gators, find a way to win this one!
I’m going to watch the Gators play no matter what happens. Then wait till Sept. and start watching some more games. I will always pull for the Gators. Here’s hopeing next year we will be a better team.
As Mick would say…..”OH MYYYY” how the mighty fallen. Gators v the girl’s school at noon. Wow! Perennially, one of the biggest games of the year. Unreal!
You’re either a fan or you’re not. If you want to be fair weather then pull for uga or fsu. Seen the best and worst of gator football for about 60 years now. Always try and support them not matter how good or bad they are. I live in middle Ga. You should hear all the uga fans whining about the Auburn loss. They are bitching about coaching et. al. just like we are. If they lose another game you won’t be able to find 5 of them. Total fair weathers. Hate to see our fans do that. Hopefully this time we’ll get another Spurrier or Meyer and they’ll bring us back to the top. We still need to support the kids that are still playing. Their job is tough enough without all the static. Most of this teams problems were beyond their control. Not satisfied with these results but they need to finish this season with a couple of wins to take into 2018. Defeating the holes will help us keep many of these recruits as well. In all kind of weather…Go Gators!!!
My favorite fans are the ones that say they pull for FSU when they are not playing us. Or root for FSU in their bowl game. Are you serious?! You either hate ’em or you don’t. I love how Tebow can’t get through an interview without mentioning how much he despises FSU about 4 or 5 times (if not more).
And while we’re at it…damn how I hate Gator fans that boo them at the games. Be mad at play calling or stupid penalties, etc. but don’t boo your Gators at Florida Field (or anywhere). Oh, I’ve been plenty pissed at games before…many, many times, but I’ve never been able to bring myself to boo them, anywhere, any time. But that’s just me.
So let’s tune up with UAB Saturday with the few players we got left and salvage the season with a good old fashioned FSU ass whoopin’. There’s nothing, NOTHING more satisfying than chompin’ they ass!
GO GATORS!
I’m excited about the FSU game. It will be like the bowl game that we don’t have. When we play them, you can throw all the records and stats out the window because it is a fierce rivalry. It will be played for pride this year.
with this disastrous season, the fsu game will be Florida’s super bowl—-hopefully somehow fsu plays bad and florida can get a win to at least shut the low rent nole fans up for a year
Would you rather win the Toilet Bowl or be flushed? I would rather win and will rooting fr the Gators
Kegger at the 50 after the game – loser buys.
