  1. If the hit on Dameon Pierce wasn’t targeting, they need to eliminate that rule. It was textbook targeting. It was helmet to helmet contact leading with the crown of the helmet. I don’t think it was a dirty play, but if that wasn’t targeting, there’s no such thing.
