Florida has enjoyed success in the SEC-Big 12 Challenge, going 4-1 in the event overall and 3-0 under current coach Mike White.

The Gators will face another tough test in their SEC-Big 12 matchup when they play at TCU on Jan. 26.

The Horned Frogs return three starters from a team that finished 21-12 and 9-9 in the Big 12. TCU reached the NCAA Tournament last season, but lost 57-52 to Syracuse in the opening round in Detroit.

TCU is coached by former Pittsburgh coach Jamie Dixon, who is in his third season with the Horned Frogs. The last time Florida faced a Jamie Dixon coached team, the Gators knocked off Pittsburgh 61-45 in the Round of 32 of the 2014 NCAA Tournament.

TCU adds to an already challenging non-conference schedule, which includes home games against Butler and Michigan State and a matchup with West Virginia on Dec. 4 at the Dickie V Challenge in New York City. In addition, Florida could have potential matchups with either Wisconsin, Virginia, Stanford, Butler, Middle Tennessee, Dayton or Oklahoma in the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas over Thanksgiving weekend.
