Florida will host another top national point guard prospect in the Class of 2018 in the coming weeks.
Andrew Nembhard, rated a five-star prospect by Rivals.com, will make his official visit to UF’s campus on Oct. 13-15, the weekend of UF’s home football game against Texas A&M.
The 6-foot-4, 185-pound Nembhard recently reclassified for 2018 and is playing his senior season close to UF’s campus at Montverde Academy outside of Clermont. Rivals.com reported at Florida is in Nembard’s final four choices for schools, along with USC, Ohio State and Gonzaga.
Florida is hosting four-star Class of 2018 point guard recruits Elijah Weaver and Devon Dotson this weekend. Recruiting a point guard a priority for the Gators because Florida will lose senior starting point guard Chris Chiozza at the end of the season.
