Florida wide receiver Trevon Grimes is returning for his senior season. He announced his decision on Twitter on Wednesday night.
He posted the following: “After a great 2019 season I have discussed my future with my family and coaches. I’m excited to say that you will see me playing in The Swamp in 2020. I want to finish my degree and help lead the University of Florida to a championship. Happy New Year Gator Nation.”
The Ohio State transfer and former five-star recruit caught 33 passes for 491 yards and three touchdowns this season. In his two years at UF, he has caught 59 passes for 855 yards and five touchdowns.
