University of Florida President Charles Young spoke at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new UF pharmacy center at St. Petersburg College in Seminole on Tuesday. It was raining, so they had to move the ceremony under roof. The $2.2 million building is scheduled for completion during the 2004-05 academic year.
