The Big 12 enters the college basketball weekend with five of the top 22 teams in the RPI: Oklahoma (8th), Kansas (9th), TCU (16th), Texas Tech (19th) and West Virginia (22nd). All 10 Big 12 teams are in the top 100.
The SEC has seven teams in the top 40: Auburn (7th), Tennessee (12th), Kentucky (17th), Arkansas (24th), Texas A&M (34th), Alabama (35th) and Florida (38th). The only SEC team outside the top 100 is Vanderbilt (134th).
How do you see the Baylor at UF game turning out?

The Gators were ready to play and kept Baylor out of it from start to finish. Other games in the Challenge were much more competitive. Overall, the SEC made a statement in a strong showing.

It’s great to have an inter-conference competition to see where teams are at mid-season.

Makes me wonder how much movement the SEC will see in the polls and with Lunardi this week, not that it really matters yet. Was the Big 12 over-rated? Perhaps a bit.
