Florida landed the second commitment of its 2015 class on Wednesday night.

According to multiple sources, four-star guard Kevaughn Allen (Little Rock, Ark.) made a verbal commitment to the Gator coaching staff.

The 6-foot-3, 170-pound Allen is the ninth-ranked shooting guard in the Class of 2015, according to's recruiting rankings. ESPN also rates Allen as the top 2015 prospect in the state of Arkansas.

Many recruiting analysts predicted that Allen would stay close to home and play at Arkansas. Instead, he'll be playing against the Razorbacks for the Gators if he signs his letter of intent this November.

Allen joins power forward Kevarrius Hayes (Suwannee) as UF's second 2015 commit.
