SCHOOL: Oak Hall

YEAR: Senior

POSITION: Midfielder

HEIGHT: 5-foot-7

A rea lacrosse player I would pay to watch play: Ashley Cohrs (teammate). Not only is she an amazing lacrosse player, but she is an incredible athlete. She is so explosive on the field.

B est movie I've ever seen: “21 Jump Street.”

C oach Gigi Roark's best words of advice for me: Coach Gigi has lots of little sayings. Each and every game she comes up with new sayings, like two games ago they were “fast feet” and “quick hands.”

D inner on an ideal night: My grandma's home cooking. Mashed potatoes, fried chicken and broccoli, of course.

E asiest part of my school day: Lunchtime. It's nice to go off campus with friends and just sort of relax.

F avorite type of music: I like all types, but typically the first thing that comes off my iPod is whatever is current on the radio.

G ators lacrosse is … Absolutely incredible. Athletic and tanned.

H aving UF's lacrosse coach (Amanda O'Leary) as my mom is ... Allowed me a lot of opportunities. It allows me to push myself to get better because I can see the potential in the future of what lacrosse can be. We will talk after games, but she doesn't want to butt in.

I nteresting thing about me away from lacrosse: I have a white lab (Boomer) that weighs 100 pounds. I like to walk him around the campus on the weekends.

Note: Boomer was at O'Leary's playoff game on Tuesday.

J oker on the team: Jordyn Cox. Jordyn is one of those kids that keeps everyone's spirits really high and she likes to joke around at practice. But when she gets out on the field she is a gamer, and I really admire that. That ability to have an enjoyable time and still get out there and compete.

K ey to keeping my composure when I am not playing as well as I would like is ... Don't get frustrated. Keep my head up and look for the opportunities that present themselves. When I'm not playing well, look for my teammates because we have an amazing team this year. Everyone is a competitor, everyone can step up and fill a role.

L east favorite sport to watch: Baseball. It is just so slow.

M y happiest day was when ... Probably when I committed to play for Stanford. And on top of that when I got my actually admission to go to the school.

N eatest electronic toy or gadget I have: Definitely my iPhone, I take it everywhere. It is my lifeline.

O ne person in my life who inspires me most: My parents. They are always there for me. And my brother (Ryan), he is such an inspiring person.

P otential college major: Possibly human biology.

Note: O'Leary has a weighted GPA of 4.72

Q uiet-time activity: I like to tan outside near the backyard pool.

R easons why I chose Stanford for my college experience: Not only because it has incredible academics, but it has equally impressive athletics. The moment I stepped on campus I knew it was right for me. It had everything I wanted out of my college experience.

Note: Madison has been named The Sun's Player of the Year three straight years in lacrosse and she is a U.S. Lacrosse All-American.

S uperstition I have ... I always have a turkey sandwich with a baked potato before games.

T oughest moment of my high school career ... Athletically our loss in double overtime to Matanzas two years ago. It was really frustrating because we were winning, we had fought so hard to get back into it after they came back and we couldn't hold on at the end.

U nderrated player on your team: Our defense as a whole. Our defense doesn't get credit because they are the ones that aren't scoring. We have held some really good teams to low numbers.

V acation spot I love: Bethany Beach, Delaware. I have been going there the entire summer since I was born. It has kind of become a second home.

W hat will it take to get Oak Hall to its first state finals in girls lacrosse? Beating Ponte Vedra. In order for that to happen, we need to stay really focused and gain momentum early.

Note: With the win Thursday night against Neptune Beach Fletcher (22-4), the Eagles will likely play at Ponte Vedra in Tuesday's third round, if the Sharks win tonight at Lake Brantley.

X box, PlayStation or Wii? Definitely Wii. My brother and I get really competitive in the “Just Dance” game.

Y ear I was born: 1995.

Z oo animal I like most: Dolphins, because they look like they are having a good time.
