Florida’s top five basketball moments in the SEC Tournament in the Georgia Dome:

1. 2005 — The First Ever.

Florida rallies to beat Kentucky in the final to win its first tournament title in front of a predominantly Wildcat crowd.

2. 2007 — Thanks For Coming.

The defending national champion Gators complete a sweep of the tournament where they never trailed for a second by beating Arkansas. Joakim Noah introduces the nation to the “Stickety Dance” on CBS.

3. 2004 — Humphrey’s Shot.

It was the last game of the quarterfinals and deep into the night when Lee Humphrey makes a fallaway jumper from the corner to give Florida a 75-73 victory over Alabama in overtime.

4. 1995 — Mississippi Sweep.

Florida needed to have a good SEC tournament to make the NCAAs a year after being in the Final Four and won twice, knocking off Ole Miss and then Mississippi State.

5. 2011 — Back To The Final.

After a stretch where the Gators struggled in the tournament from 2008-10, Florida handles Vanderbilt in the semifinals to reach the finals.
