Three seats on the Gainesville City Commission are up for grabs in Tuesday’s election.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All city voters may vote in the At-Large Seat 2 race. Only voters who live in District 2 and District 3 may vote in those races.

The candidates in the At-Large race are: Annie Orlando, Barbara Ruth, Donald Shepherd Sr., Mark Venzke and Helen Warren.

The District 2 candidates are: Cheri Brodeur, Todd Chase and Sheryl Eddie.

The District 3 candidates are: Susan Bottcher and Craig Carter.

If no candidate receives a majority of the vote in a race, a runoff between the two highest vote-getters will be April 8.

Gainesville city commissioners serve three year terms and have an annual salary of $32,248.
