'Leveling Up,” Deborah Zoe Laufer's play about four friends whose lives in the digital era are consumed with video games, continues through March 16 at the Hippodrome Theatre.

Filmmaker Mark Goshorn Jones, producer/writer and co-director of “Tennessee Queer,” attends screenings of the film today and Tuesday at the Hippodrome Cinema. The comedy recounts a New York man who returns to his rural hometown and organizes a gay pride parade to help LGBT teenagers. Jones, an outwardly gay Presbyterian deacon, takes questions from the audience following the screenings. Additional screenings continue Wednesday through Saturday at the Hipp Cinema.
