It promises to be another dramatic National Signing Day for the Gators, who are still in on some top prospects who will be deciding Wednesday, including five-star offensive tackle Damian Prince and five-star athlete Adoree' Jackson. Veteran college football beat writer Robbie Andreu and Sun recruiting writer Zach Abolverdi think they have an idea how things will play out for UF on Wednesday.

National Signing Day

Announcement times (ET)
8:00 a.m. — CB J.C. Jackson
9:00 a.m. — QB Treon Harris, WR C.J. Worton

1:00 p.m. — OL Derrick Kelly
2:00 p.m. — ATH Adoree' Jackson*

* — Televised by ESPNU

Here are their predictions:

Lorenzo Carter, Defensive end

Abolverdi: The Gators led early for Carter, then he took a handful of visits to his in-state school. Prediction: Georgia.

Andreu: It will be a National Signing Day shocker if Carter does not sign with the Bulldogs. Prediction: Georgia.

Treon Harris, Quarterback

Abolverdi: Harris wants to play close to home and in a true spread offense. He can only have both at one school. Prediction: Florida.

Andreu: New UF offensive coordinator Kurt Roper has made a strong run at Harris, but did the Gators get in on him too late to sway him away from the Seminoles? Prediction: Florida State.

Adoree' Jackson, Athlete

Abolverdi: Don't be surprised if the Gators land this two-sport athlete because of their track program, but he's been to Southern Cal too many times for me to feel they will. Prediction: USC.

Andreu: Jackson visited Southern Cal and UCLA last weekend, a sure sign his good feelings for Florida are not quite strong enough to pull him away from the West Coast. Prediction: UCLA.

J.C. Jackson, Cornerback

Abolverdi: In a recruitment where not a lot was said, his surprise visit to UF last weekend spoke volumes. Prediction: Florida.

Andreu: Everyone will be glad when this wild roller-coaster ride finally comes to an end Wednesday. Prediction: Miami.

Derrick Kelly, Offensive lineman

Abolverdi: He looked like a done deal for LSU in late January, but distance became more of factor down the stretch. Prediction: Florida.

Andreu: Kelly will fall Florida's way Wednesday when a more highly rated offensive tackle prospect goes elsewhere. Prediction: Florida.

Damian Prince, Offensive lineman

Abolverdi: Prince wants to go where he's most comfortable. Florida is 12-and-a-half hours away from his house. Maryland is a 25-minute drive. Prediction: Maryland.

Andreu: As we saw with Stefon Diggs, when Mike Locksley locks onto a big-time recruit in Maryland who is considering the Gators, it's all over. Prediction: Maryland.

C.J. Worton, Wide receiver

Abolverdi: He likes West Virginia's offense, but the opportunity to stay closer to his family and play for the same school as his brother is too much to pass up. Prediction: Florida.

Andreu: Worton has sounded like he's been all Florida since making his official visit two weeks ago. West Virginia is probably just another hat on the table Wednesday. Prediction: Florida.
