Florida freshman Alex Holston, senior Chloe Mann, sophomore Živa Recek and junior Taylor Unroe were named to the All-SEC Volleyball Team, the league announced Monday.

Unroe garnered 2013 SEC Libero of the Year honors, while Holston was additionally a SEC All-Freshman selection.

In the first season with just one 18-member All-SEC team — no second or third team — both Florida and Missouri, the league's first and second-place teams, placed a conference-high four players on the All-SEC squad.

Unroe became UF's first Libero of the Year and UF's second defensive award winner after Elyse Cusack picked up SEC Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2006. For the 22nd straight year, at least four Gators were named to the all-conference team, while Florida has additionally boasted at least one All-Freshman honoree eight of the last 10 seasons since the award's inception.

Mann and Recek picked up All-SEC honors for the second straight year, while Unroe and Holston picked up their first career all-conference honors. Florida's four award recipients bring the Gators' All-SEC tally to 61 players with 122 total honors all-time in program history.

Other winners: Freshman of the Year - Carly Kan, Missouri; Scholar-Athlete of the Year - Camila Jersonsky, Auburn; Player of the Year - Molly Kreklow, Missouri; Coach of the Year - Wayne Kreklow, Missouri

The Gators (27-3) will host Jacksonville (30-3), Georgia Southern (28-5) and FSU (24-7) in the NCAA first and second rounds in the O’Connell Center Thursday and Friday.
