COLUMBIA, S.C. — Florida will start redshirt freshman quarterback Skyler Mornhinweg tonight against No. 11 South Carolina, as starter Tyler Murphy is unable to go because of a sprained shoulder, UF reported.

Murphy did not practice this week due to the shoulder that has hampered him since the LSU loss Oct. 12.

Mornhinweg is making his first career appearance for the Gators.

The Gators will also be without junior starting cornerback Marcus Roberson.
