No one was injured in a Thursday accident involving an Alachua County school bus and a pickup truck on Williston Road, reported the Florida Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred about 3:57 p.m. on Williston Road near Southwest 17th Terrace, FHP stated in a press release.

The bus, driven by Charles Jenkins, 63, of Gainesville, was westbound on Williston Road while William Roy Clark, 54, of Gainesville, was pulling out of Squirrel Ridge Park in a 2000 Toyota Tacoma, the release states.

Clark collided with the left rear of the school bus. Three children were on the bus, FHP said.
