DeBorah Denson McCray of Gainesville will teach about holy communion at a book signing for her book, "Holy Communion: The Blessing That Heals."
The event will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday at Victory Tabernacle at 220 NE 1st Ave. in High Springs.
The message of the book is that although holy communion provides healing, it has been neglected in churches and is the least practiced way for the body of Christ to be healed.
McCray has dual membership at Greenhouse Church, formerly First Assembly of God, and Mount Carmel Baptist Church, both in Gainesville.
The book can be purchased online at www.westbowpress.com and in local and online bookstores. The e-book is on Kindle.
