CARMEL, Ind. — The Florida men’s golf team encountered another sluggish afternoon, slipping from the top-five to finish seventh out of 14 teams at the Crooked Stick Intercollegiate.

Shooting even-par on the afternoon, junior J.D. Tomlinson continued his consistency for the Gators by staying toward the top of the leaderboard. Tomlinson tallied rounds of 72-75-72 (219) to claim his second-straight top-five finish of the fall.

Freshman Ryan Orr recorded his first top-20 finish as a Gator, shooting a 72 in round one and a 74 today to conclude the tournament in a tie for 17th place.
