Clouds will give way to sunshine later in the week

Rain is likely early this week, but stormy skies will clear up by Thursday. Temperatures will continue to cool down as the week progresses.

A 60 percent chance of showers are likely today and tonight. Temperatures will stay in the mid-80’s to high-60’s, according to the National Weather Service in Jacksonville.

Showers are less likely on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a 30 percent chance expected in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures are expected to increase slightly on Tuesday and then decrease Wednesday, ranging from 84 to 64 degrees.

Thursday will be partly sunny with temperatures highs in low-80’s and lows in the low-60’s. Cool, dry weather will continue into the weekend with lows reaching 59 degrees on Saturday night.
