Claye earns bronze in triple jump

Florida track alum Will Claye captured a bronze medal in the triple jump Sunday, the final day of the World Track Championships in Moscow, edging out another former Gator Christian Taylor for the honor.

Claye, who won the silver medal at the 2012 Olympics in London, jumped 57 feet, 5.75 inches. Taylor, who won the gold medal in London, finished in fourth with a 56-5.25.

Teddy Tamgho of France won the gold medal at 59-2.25, while Pedro Pablo Pichardo of Cuba won the silver with a 58-0.25.
