The Southeastern Conference's 13 coaches have selected Florida to win the 2013 SEC volleyball title in a preseason vote.
Coming off a 19-1 SEC season and 27-5 overall mark, Florida received 12 of 13 first-place votes for this year's prediction.
Kentucky received a first-place vote after finishing 22-11 overall and 14-6 in SEC play last year.
Florida is coming off its 20th Southeastern Conference title and 22nd consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, falling in the Sweet 16 to eventual NCAA Champion Texas.
The Gators are the winningest program in the NCAA since 13-time SEC Coach of the Year Mary Wise's arrival in 1991 and return five starters from a year ago, including SEC Player of the Year and AVCA First Team All-American Chloe Mann and AVCA National Freshman of the Year Živa Recek.
The 2013 Preseason All-SEC team will be announced today while the 2013 season starts Aug. 30.
Conference play begins Sept. 27.
