Book signing

Pastor Denise McGinnis-Brown of Haigos Ministries will host a book signing for her book, “There Is Therefore Now No Condemnation.”

It will be held at 3 p.m. July 27 at the Alachua County Library Headquarters Meeting Room B at 401 E. University Ave.

The book addresses the common belief that many Christians have about grace and how they justify sinful behaviors through their misunderstanding of Romans 8:1.

Mount Moriah Baptist Church is in need of vendors for its annual health fair.

The Jerusalem Baptist Association will host its annual Founder's Day service to commemorate 139 years of existence.

It will be held at 7 p.m. beginning Monday through July 26 at the church at 21024 N. State Road 235 in Brooker. The theme will be “Be Glad and Rejoice Forever — Hip Hop Hope, Jesus Makes Me Glad!”
