No. 9 T.J. Yeldon

Position: Running back

School: Alabama

Height: 6-foot-2

Weight: 218 pounds

Year: Sophomore

Why he's No. 9: Yeldon burst onto the scene by becoming the first Alabama freshman to rush for 100 yards in his first game. He went on to set the Tide freshman record for rushing yards in a season with 1,108. And he did all this despite being the No. 2 back behind Eddie Lacy. Yeldon will be the feature back for America's best program this year and could put some amazing numbers up (dare we say Heisman?). Yeldon was at his best in big games as a freshman (153 in the SEC title game, 110 in the national title game) so the spotlight won't bother him.
