Donovan-led USA in semifinals

Team USA flexed its muscle to move on to the semifinals of the FIBA 19-under World Championships.
The Billy Donovan-coached U.S. 19-under team routed Canada 109-67 in the quarterfinals Friday in Prague, Czech Republic. Team USA outscored Canada 62-34 in the paint and scored 25 second-chance points.
Florida rising sophomore Michael Frazier II broke out of a shooting slump, scoring 12 points off the bench for Team USA. Frazier shot 4 of 10 from the field and 4 of 9 from 3-point range. The 6-foot-4 Tampa native also had a nice all-around floor game, finishing with six rebounds and three assists.
Frazier is shooting 26.6 percent (12-45) from 3-point range in seven international games.
Team USA will face Lithuania in Saturday’s semifinals.
