Youth fundraisers

The Bartley Temple United Methodist Church Youth Department will host a car wash and garage sale.

It will be held from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. July 13 at the church at 1936 NE 8th Ave.

Health fair

Mount Moriah Baptist Church is in need of vendors for its annual health fair.

It will be held July 28 from 12:15-2:15 p.m. after an abbreviated worship service from 11 a.m.-noon at the church at 718 SE 11th St. It will be free for vendors and those who want to attend.

Door prizes and light snacks will be provided.

Homecoming

Johnson Chapel Baptist Church will celebrate its annual Homecoming.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday at the church at 1334 NE 4th Ave.

The speakers will be: 11 a.m., the Rev. Leroy E. Jones of Draw All Men Ministry in Gainesville, and 4 p.m., the Rev. James W. Brown Sr., pastor of Mount Olive Progressive Baptist Church in Leesburg.

Upper Room Church of God in Christ will sponsor Manna Market Mondays.

Fellowship services

Victory & Deliverance Life Changing Ministries will host Fellowship With Fire 2013.

Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, July 11-12, July 19 and July 26 at the church at 238 SW 3rd Ave.

Appreciation program

Bethel Christian Church will present "An Appreciation in Love for Pastor Clyde Young and Evangelist Delores Young."

Women's conference

The Women's Ministry at Grove Park Community Christian Church will host its annual Women's Conference.

It will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. July 13 and 11 a.m. July 14 at the church at 5717 SE 152nd St. in Grove Park. The theme will be "Women of the Kingdom Seeking the Things of the Kingdom."

It will feature: July 13, Prophetess Sharon Cheeseborough of Gateway Christian Center in Gainesville and Minister Quida Powe, a fashion show and lunch, and July 14, Pastor Sarah Mozell of Spirit and Truth Kingdom Ministries in Ocala.

Pastor's anniversary

Mount Pedro Baptist Church will celebrate the sixth anniversary of its leaders, Pastor Christopher C. Stokes and First Lady Dolly Stokes.

Services and programs will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m. July 14, 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. July 21 and 11 a.m. July 28 at the church at 20520 N. Highway 329 in Micanopy. The theme will be "New Beginnings."

Celebration

Horace Jones & The Original Mighty Jubilaires of Brunswick, Ga., will hold a pre-anniversary celebration.

Praise and Worship Life Center will present "The Fund-raising Gala."

It will be held from 7-9 p.m. July 12 at Marks United Methodist Church at 1839 NE 8th Road in Ocala. Tickets will cost $25 each and $250 for a table for eight.
