Soulman Little Jake Mitchell and the Soul Searchers of Gainesville will again kick off a month of weekly concerts showcasing local African-American artists during National African American Music Appreciation Month in June during the Let’s Go Downtown “Free Fridays” Concert Series. The concerts will take place from 8-10 p.m. Fridays, beginning Friday at the Bo Diddley Downtown Plaza in downtown Gainesville.
