Aiming to deter and catch impaired drivers at the start of the holiday weekend, the Florida Highway Patrol is preparing for a multi-county DUI Wolfpack today.

All available units will be patrolling the nine counties in Troop B -- Alachua, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Marion and Suwannee, according to an FHP media release.

Troopers say motorists should be responsible and designate a sober driver, travel the speed limit and wear their seat belts. The Click It or Ticket Campaign is also in effect during the Memorial Day holiday through June 2.
