Like the first three players taken in the draft Saturday, safety Josh Evans is not going to have to travel far to hook up with his new team. Evans was drafted by the almost hometown Jacksonville Jaguars with the first selection in the sixth round. He is the eighth Gator to be taken in the draft.

He will be playing his pro ball in Florida, along with the three UF players drafted before him Saturday by the Miami Dolphins -- linebacker Jelani Jenkins, tailback Mike Gillislee and place-kicker Caleb Sturgis.
