Noted journalist Carl Bernstein to speak at Hillel

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Carl Bernstein will speak at the University of Florida Hillel on Saturday evening.

Bernstein, who with Bob Woodward gained fame as the Watergate-investigating duo at The Washington Post, will discuss American politics and its effects on Israel and journalism.

Tickets are free and available for pickup from UF Hillel at 2020 W. University Ave. Members of the general public as well as students can get tickets. The tickets will be distributed between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. through Saturday, said Florida Loves Israel chairwoman Alyssa Baron. Anyone interested can go to the front desk at UF Hillel, she said.

Doors will open Saturday at 8 p.m., and Bernstein will take the stage at 8:30 p.m.
