Garage sale

The Women of Excellence at Gainesville Family Worship Center will host a garage sale.

It will be held from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at the church at 1938 NE Waldo Road.

Featured will be clothing, food, household goods and shoes.

Pastor's appreciation

New Beginnings Church of God by Faith will host its annual Pastor's Appreciation Celebration for Elder Clifford Patrick and his wife, Rosa Patrick.

It will be held at 4 p.m. April 14 at the church at 2800 NE 59th St.

Gainesville Church of God by Faith will host a car wash and fish dinner and garage sale.

The fundraiser will be held from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the church at 735 SE 15th St. The cost of the dinner will be $7.

Proceeds will benefit the church's annual Academic Scholars & Graduate Luncheon to be held on April 27 at the Paramount Plaza Hotel.
