When: Sunday, TBD

The No. 3-seed Gators will face 11-seed Minnesota in the round of 32 on Sunday (6:10 p.m. TNT).

Minnesota advanced with an 83-63 win over UCLA on Friday night.

The game will set up a familiar coaching matchup, Florida's Billy Donovan vs. Minnesota's Tubby Smith. Donovan is 10-14 against Smith, but has won the last six meetings between them. Donovan and Smith haven't faced each other since Smith resigned from Kentucky in 2007.

Donovan and Smith worked together in the early 1990s on Kentucky's staff. Smith was an assistant coach and Donovan was a graduate assistant under Rick Pitino.

Florida will have its hands full inside with Minnesota 6-foot-8, 245-pound power forward Trevor Mbakwe, who finished with nine points and 12 rebounds against UCLA. Offensively, Minnesota is paced by Andre Hollins and Austin Hollins. The two guards combined for 44 of Minnesota's 83 points.
